Lady Grady turns 15 years old!

We were delighted that Lady Grady’s founding president, Vi Grady, was able to attend the 15 year celebration of Lady Grady held at Royal Pines Golf Resort. It was also wonderful that Maureen Scott, one of the original Lady Grady members that served on the first Lady Grady committee, attended todays celebration and played golf!
Representatives from the Down Syndrome Assn of Queensland, Darryl Steff and Clair Mitchell joined us to receive our donation cheque of $15,500 and Claire entertained us with a wonderful account of her life and how the Association supports her. Darryl Steff explained how our donations each year are used to help Down Syndrome Assn of Qld and expressed their gratitude for our ongoing support.
